Ece Buldurluoglu graduated in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at the University of Milan focusing on pharmacogenomics and precision medicine. As her Master’s internship at the Mario Negri Institute of Pharmacological Research, she contributed to projects on septic shock biomarkers and cardiovascular disease biomarkers.
At Humanitas Research Hospital, she is currently a research fellow in the Translational Genomic Unit at the Laboratory of Cancer Pharmacology, working on a project focused on early detection of ovarian cancer through the analysis of DNA purified from Pap-test smears.
