Carlo Castoldi is a predoctoral neuroinformatician in Bianca Silva’s group. He graduated in computer science (MSc) at the University of Milan with a project on the extrapolation of cell density-dependant data over mouse brain atlases, carried out for the Blue Brain Project at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL).

Since February 2023 he contributes in Silva Group applying his background in computer science and algorithmics to the analysis of in-lab produced data (e.g., connectomics and photometry analysis).
