Giulia Pagani is a Study Coordinator at Humanitas Research Hospital. She holds a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from the University of Milan, where her research focused on non-coding RNAs in cancer. She subsequently obtained a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Milan, focusing on the alternative polyadenylation process in prostate cancer.

She was awarded a 2025 Post-Doctoral Fellowship 2025 from Fondazione Umberto Veronesi for the project “Reprogramming the alternative polyadenylation of an oncogenic transcription factor as a therapeutic strategy for prostate cancer.”

Since September 2025, she has been part of the Translational Rheumatology Lab at Humanitas University, where she works on MDR-RA HORIZON Europe project, investigating the molecular mechanisms of drug resistance in rheumatoid arthritis and contributing to the development of personalized predictive models integrating clinical and molecular data. In this context, she serves as study coordinator within the MDR-RA program and is involved in the coordination of sponsored phase I–IV clinical trials, supporting study management, data collection, and the integration of clinical and laboratory activities.
