After obtaining her Master Degree in Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine at the University of Milan in 2025, Luisa is currently enrolled in the international PhD program in Experimental Medicine, conducting her research at the Clinical and Experimental Immunology laboratory.

Her project focuses on the investigation of immune responses to different breast implant surface topographies and biomaterials, with particular attention to the immunological milieu in patients with BIA-ALCL, aiming to characterize implant-induced inflammation and lymphomagenesis.
