Francesca Albano

I graduated in Medical, Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University. In 2018, after an internship at Experimental Immunology Unit in San Raffaele Hospital, I moved in Humanitas Institute to undertook a pre-doctoral fellowship in the Leukocyte Biology Laboratory. In November 2019, I had started my PhD at Humanitas University. My PhD project has the aim to investigate the role of an atypical chemokine receptor, called ACKR2, in the process of metastatization in colorectal cancer.
