Javier Laura Francés

Javier Laura Francés holds a degree in Biology from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s in Quantitative Biotechnology from the University of Zaragoza. He earned his PhD with the prestigious Marie Curie fellowship at Humanitas Research Hospital.

Javier’s research focuses on studying diverse epigenetic pathways in various cardiac diseases, utilizing omics sciences combined with in vivo models. His work has led to significant discoveries, including the identification of a novel lncRNA that plays a crucial role in the development of heart failure.
