Giorgia completed her study at the University of Padova where she graduated in Molecular Biology in 2018 and then gained her Master’s degree in Health Biology in 2020. After graduation she joined for two years the Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Laboratory at Istituto di Ricerca Pediatrica in Padova where she studied microRNA cargo in pediatric non Hodgkin lymphomas and the response to treatment.

She is currently working as a Research Fellow in the Translational Immunology Laboratory of Enrico Lugli with a project focused on the role of nucleotide sanitization and genome integrity in CD8+ T cell exhaustion in cancer.
