After many years of experience as lab technician, Leone arrived in Humanitas six year ago. He is mainly involved in the development of PTX3 as biomarker, measuring PTX3 plasma levels in different cohorts of patients. In addition, he is in charge of genotyping of gene-engineered animals, immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.
